By installing and using Calbit, you agree to these terms. In short: use it for healthy purposes, do not treat AI advice as a doctor’s word, and we’ll keep doing our best on our side.

Not medical advice

Calbit is a general information and tracking tool — it is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or nutritional prescription. If you have diabetes, are pregnant, have an eating disorder, or any other medical condition, consult a qualified professional before changing your diet.

Accounts & access

The app has no account system, so there is no password to manage. Anyone with access to your device can see your data — protecting your device is your responsibility.

AI output

Coach responses are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or off-topic. Do not rely on them for important health decisions. Calbit is not liable for harm arising from AI-generated content.

Disallowed use

• Reverse-engineering, tampering, or running the app maliciously.
• Collecting or spreading other people’s data without consent.
• Producing illegal, harmful, or harassing content.

Changes to the service

We keep improving the app; features may change, be added, or be removed. When we update these terms, we’ll refresh the date at the top.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
